Mini People mobile creches was formed in 2008 by life long friends, Tracey and Belinda to address the lack of quality services and support available to parents. Having both been to many weddings and events, they saw how children could get easily bored in the “adult” parts of the day and identified the need for quality childcare. |
Since then, Mini People has developed a fantastic Mobile Creche Service. Children and their families are our priority and this is reflected in the quality of care and the fantastic resources delivered with an uncompromising commitment to OFSTED guidelines and best practice. |
Tracey Gresty Is a qualified Nursery Nurse holding a level 3 Diploma in Childcare, OFSTED registered, holds an Enhanced criminal record check (CRB), first aid trained, Epipen trained. Tracey has worked with children for 3 and a half years. She was manager of a pre-school and worked for Enfield Council in the school holidays, as a Senior Playworker in charge of 30 children ranging from the age of 4-11 years. Amongst these children were Special Needs. Tracey became a registered childminder in 2008 and opened up her own daycare in September 2008 with her daughter Danielle. Tracey is responsible for ensuring that we consistently meet OFSTED standards and that all of our experienced staff are highly trained, as well as discovering new ideas for entertaining children at Mini People. |
Danielle Irving Is a qualified Nursery nurse holding a level 3 Diploma in childcare, OFSTED registered, holds an Enhanced criminal record check (CRB), first aid trained, Epipen trained, food and hygiene and health and safety trained. Danielle has worked with children for over 4 years. She worked in a pre-school and then started working for Enfield Council in the after school clubs and the school holidays. This is where Danielle gained very good experience in working with Special Needs. She now runs a successful business with her mother Tracey Gresty looking after 6 children everyday. Danielle assists Tracey with the day-to-day running of Mini People and loves helping to keep the children amused during weddings and parties. |
Belinda Kaikitis Has spent the last 20 years working in advertising and marketing and brings extensive management skills to the team. As a professional working mother, she understands the needs of today’s parents. Belinda is responsible for the day to day management of Mini People. |
